• back and lower back;
• legs and feet;
• on request – hands, forearms, face.

The massage uses hypoallergenic, odourless products approved for pregnant women. The duration is 40 or 60 minutes. All movements are performed at a calm pace, with moderate intensity.

After the massage, the client is offered time to relax, water or warm tea. The master provides individual recommendations on body position at home, activity and self-care.
